Racers spend a lot of time and money building and blueprinting their race engines, so why would you not put the same effort toward your ignition system. Stock ignition systems won’t handle the demands of racing applications so don’t trust your race engine to a stock ignition system.
We find that most msd V8 distributors are not firing exactly on 45deg. In most cases, the reluctor wheel is a 1/2 deg. to a degree off.
